Arndale House is a notable office building designed by a major American architectural practice, who also designed the Seattle Space Needle. It is one of the city's most prominent landmarks, facing both the Broadway Shopping Centre and the Grade I-listed Wool Exchange. Yeme Regen were engaged to undertake a Development Feasibility Appraisal for the completion of the Xchange Building. In light of requirements to meet current standards, a range of measures had to be undertaken to establish the validity of previous works and design.
