Yeme Regen received full planning permission for the re-purposing and refurbishment of the former Maples Department Store on Granby Street in Leicester. The development proposed the conversion of the upper floors of the building to form high quality student accommodation whilst retaining the current A3 use at ground floor.

The development aimed to comply with both the relevant local and national planning policies and help reinforce the revitalisation of the High Street following the Covid 19 pandemic.
