Securing Planning Consent for this contemporary building was thanks to a strong design, excellent facilities and careful analysis of the neighbouring properties. The fact that the site was adjacent to a petrol filling station became an instrumental aspect of the design as it allowed for a projecting wing on that side. This created a T-shape building that maximised the site potential.
