This ambitious proposal seeks to maximise the site footprint, whilst still achieving a high quality, compliant design. The façade treatment has been very carefully arranged to reduce the massing and reflect the general ridge-line disparity along this streetscape. Careful analysis of the topography and surrounding building massing underpins the justification for the size and scale of the development.
