As a premium student accommodation facility, we helped to redefine and express the unique offer so that it was immediately discernible. The concept was based on a concentration of individual elements rather like a vibrant ‘High Street’ scenario. Coffee shop, study pods, cinema, sports lounge and ‘speakers corner’ all sit side-by-side in this exciting entrance reception zone. The concept was further refined for the bedrooms so that they offer an opportunity for occupants to personalise their space.
