Located in the very heart of Leeds City Centre, this site had a number of constraints due to the deep plan and limited windows. By creating an L shaped building, with angled windows and a central lightwell, the proposal achieved very high quality apartments. The contemporary nature of the additions helped to achieve a greater number of units and thereby improving the commercial viability.
