The proposal seeks to redevelop a largely vacant site on Cobden Avenue, to form 24 new build dwellings. The proposed scheme consists of a mix of townhouses and apartments with associated car parking. The proposal also incorporates communal amenity space along with private amenity space for the majority of dwellings.
