Centenary house is a mixture of new build and refurbished apartments within a stunning Grade II-listed building. Achieving planning consent to convert this former dispensary into eighty apartments, with two additional floors and a six storey tower took some very persuasive design. The nature of the additions is very contemporary, but sympathetic to the original building. A key aspect of the proposal relates to the treatment of the original internal atrium feature which unifies all the different elements of the building.
