This site has a number of constraints as it was land locked on all sides. This led to an ambitious design that maximised the built area whilst providing privacy to all neigbouring properties. The proposal was carefully orientated to ensure there were no North facing apartments, valuable communal areas and exciting landscaping opportunities. The layout was also designed to avoid long institutional type corridors as these undermine the community feel of the residents.
