This narrow site is between two proposed developments which allowed for an ambitious design to be developed. Taking careful cues from the neighbouring designs, the proposal unifies the building line and offers a holistic architectural solution to the overall development. A central tower feature forms a pinnacle between the architectural forms to give additional definition to this gateway site.
